Students and Recent Grads

Our Leadership Program is an entry-level program designed for new college graduates and those with minimal work experience in their studied areas. Acuity Brands’ leadership program is tailored to give new graduates intensive insight into their chosen areas and how their area contributes to the overall success of the business. Depending on your area of expertise you will go through three to four 6-month rotations in your selected field’s department. These rotations are key in that they will allow our leadership cohort to experience every facet of their specialty to ensure they are well-rounded and ready for any position or role they are placed into at the end of their leadership program. Our program’s overall goal is to give the necessary foundation to be ready to hit the ground running once they graduate from the Leadership Program.
