Job Summary

Coordination of EHS matters related activities within the facilities assigned to support EHS Management with the implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety procedures/regulations and compliance with these standards and requirements of the organization for our employees and contractors

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Coordinate and participate in EHS programs to ensure procedures align with applicable environmental regulations.

  • Coordinate and follow up on all environmental studies required in the EHS compliance matrix, ensuring timely completion.

  • Participate in and follow up on internal, external, and regulatory compliance audits at the site.

  • Lead, participate in, and follow up on incident investigations involving any environmental or EHS impact, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Participate in the Management of Change (MOC) process for new projects, ensuring environmental and safety requirements are incorporated.

  • Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environmental projects or improvement initiatives at the site.

  • Support coordination of the EHS specialist team, including training, audits, and critical EHS activities.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Bachelor Degree completed
  • Fluent English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.

  • Ability to promote open communication and build supportive relationships.

  • Solid project management capabilities and a strong sense of urgency.

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
