Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Lead to support and manage Electronics Controls/Drivers/Emergency product development projects. This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management and a collaborative mindset to help drive project success.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Project Planning and Execution

Lead planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, goals, timelines, and budgets.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage day-to-day project activities.
Apply Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
Oversee risk management strategies and escalate issues constructively for resolution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product management, sourcing, manufacturing, engineering, and software development to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates to ensure transparency and accountability.

Process & Tool Optimization

Ensure adherence to project management processes, phase gates, and documentation standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support KPI tracking and reporting.
Leverage project management tools to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with product development life cycles and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills and Experience

PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification. (Desirable)

Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of electronics and software development processes.
