Job Summary
As a Business Solutions Manager serving as the Product Owner for the Technical Services global team, you act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, the Business PMO, and IT development teams. Through professional, thoughtful engagement, you ensure business needs are clearly understood, refined, documented, and translated into actionable plans that deliver measurable value.
This role focuses on driving clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across globally supported platforms and processes. You will manage and prioritize the product backlog, write epics, features, and user stories, collaborate closely with developers throughout the sprint lifecycle, and support the business through UAT, training, and documentation. Your ability to integrate complex requirements and foster cohesive cross-functional relationships is essential to advancing Technical Services’ operational excellence.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Requirements Gathering and Solution Design:
• Collaborate with global business and technical teams to understand challenges, operational needs, and strategic goals.
• Receive and evaluate requests from the Business PMO, ensuring clarity of scope and intended value.
• Translate business requirements into well defined, actionable functional specifications.
• Conduct discovery sessions, workflow analysis, and requirement refinement discussions.
• Encourage thoughtful, deliberate problem solving to develop scalable, future focused solutions.
Product Ownership & Backlog Management:
• Serve as Product Owner for Technical Services platforms, owning backlog structure, clarity, and prioritization.
• Write clean, concise epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize work based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Present backlog items during refinement and sprint planning sessions.
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and removing blockers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the Business PMO, IT teams, and technical services leadership.
• Foster mutual understanding of goals, dependencies, and constraints.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment on priorities, roadmaps, and solution delivery.
• Promote strong, collaborative partnerships built on trust, transparency, and shared objectives.
Prioritization and Process Improvement:
• Help stakeholders prioritize needs based on value, feasibility, and impact.
• Continuously assess and refine processes to drive efficiency and optimize results.
• Regularly evaluate performance to identify and implement enhancements for existing processes.
Project Monitoring and Alignment:
• Coordinate, facilitate, and support User Acceptance Testing activities with the Business PMO.
• Ensure test outcomes align with business expectations and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain system/process documentation in Confluence.
• Participate in stakeholder training for new features, enhancements, or platform changes.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- 3-5 years’ experience in tech industries, particularly in Saas, Software or Cloud companies.
- 2–5 years’ experience in business analysis or product management for enterprise platforms
- Proven experience managing products or platforms, preferably in Salesforce or Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills across cross-functional departments.
- Proven experience bridging business and technical teams to align objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing innovative, scalable solutions.
- Strong experience in business analysis, including gathering requirements and comprehensive BRDs.
- Deep understanding of process optimization, with hands-on experience with implementing improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Effective at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Nice to have: Oracle EBS or SF Service Cloud Certifications.

The range for this position is $66,500.00 to $119,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
