Job Summary
| The Corporate Compliance Manager leads day‑to‑day legal and compliance work that supports the company’s ethics and compliance requirements. This role applies established laws, regulations, and internal policies to routine and moderately complex compliance matters, including third‑party risk reviews, investigation support, regulatory documentation, and compliance recordkeeping. The position is responsible for completing analyses, preparing materials, maintaining accurate compliance files, and resolving issues within defined guidelines, escalating higher‑risk or novel matters as needed. The role operates as an individual contributor and focuses on operational delivery by leading functional projects and other team members to solve complex problems within our Law and Business Environment team. | |||
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Lead the day‑to‑day execution and management of:
Assigned corporate compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
Compliance case management, helpline, and investigations: partnering with internal stakeholders and outside counsel, fact gathering, case management documentation and reporting, tracking corrective actions, and managing systems and tools.
Third Party Risk Management: due diligence reviews, screening, documentation, issue escalation, and managing system and tools.
Regulatory reporting and audit activities: preparing materials, responding to information requests, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with defined processes.
Implementation and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and training, helping ensure associates understand regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Identify regulatory developments and compliance trends relevant to the organization and communicate potential risks or impacts to senior compliance leadership.
Education (minimum education required)
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree and 6-8+ years of relevant experience
Ability to analyze legal and regulatory requirements and apply them within established compliance frameworks
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex compliance topics into clear guidance
High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Flexible, pragmatic, able to quickly adjust priorities to meet business needs, and manage multiple complex projects at a time in a fast moving, high change environment
Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across functions
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and follow‑through
Strong experience in key global compliance areas, such as anti-bribery/anti-corruption, competition, conflict minerals, modern slavery, and whistleblower directives
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with a global third party risk management program, including implementation and utilization of different technologies
Demonstrated knowledge and experience conducting global compliance investigations
Actively embraces new technologies, including AI, to drive innovation, improve processes, and support continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills and Experience
5+ Years of exepreince in global corporate ethics
CFE, CCEP or similar preferred
Technology forward professional; someone who embraces technology, utilizing and creating efficiencies around technology and AI
Spanish speaking preferred

The range for this position is $104,000 to $187,000. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
