Job Summary

Acuity is seeking a Director Product Management to lead the system design & implementationproduct roadmap, and execution of endtoend supply chain operations which includes Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing within Oracle Fusion. This role will own delivery for the Fusion Cloud SCM solution and drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, deploying AI and realtime visibility. 

The Director, Supply Chain partners closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Experience, Tech, and Finance to create a unified, agile, and datadriven supply chain. This is a highimpact leadership role responsible for optimizing performance, enabling scalable processes, and ensuring seamless integration across supply chain functions. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy

  • Own the Supply Chain Systems Roadmap for Oracle Fusion: Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, WMS, and Manufacturing execution processes.
  • Drive long-term architecture decisions and operational execution for supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Define enterprise supply chain standards while supporting unique business-unit requirements. 

Platform Ownership (Oracle Fusion SCM)

  • Lead the project implementation team and oversee enhancements, integrations, and adoption of Oracle Fusion as the backbone for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory control, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Ensure consistent master data, process configurations, and controls across AYI business units.

Operational Process Excellence 

  • Lead optimization and standardization of:  
    • Order Management workflows
    • Purchasing and strategic sourcing practices
    • Inventory planning and accuracy
    • Warehouse and fulfillment operations
    • Manufacturing and shop floor alignment with supply chain requirements

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Represent supply chain solutions across corporate and operational stakeholders.
  • Translate business goals into system and process requirements for technical development teams. 

Data & Analytics

  • Partner with Engineering to prioritize dashboards and KPIs across Oracle Fusion, and the enterprise data lake.
  • Enable real-time visibility into supply chain performance and operational decision-making. 

Delivery Leadership

  • Define epics, user stories, sprint priorities, and roadmap milestones for supply chain-focused delivery teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain Product managers and Business analysts.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and long-term career development. 

 

To Be Successful in This Role 

Supply Chain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes end-to-end:  
    • Order-to-Cash
    • Procure-to-Pay
    • Plan-to-Manufacture
    • Warehouse operations and logistics 

Oracle Fusion Systems Fluency

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM required, ideally across multiple modules:  
    • OM, Procurement, Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing
  • Experience defining system requirements, configurations, testing, and deployment. 

Strategic & Operational Mindset

  • Able to architect long-term supply chain systems while solving real-time operational problems across plants and distribution centers. 

Communication Skills

  • Skilled at engaging executives, plant leadership, technical teams, and end users.
  • Fluency in English required. 

Adaptability

  • Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving supply chain environment. 
 

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 3+ years managing multi-functional teams.
  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM experience (implementation or administration).
  • Proven success scaling supply chain operations or driving transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes.
  • Based in US with up to 25% travel. Travel needs will flex during the period of the Fusion implementation. 

The range for this position is $173,600.00 to $334,800.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
