Job Summary

Acuity’s Finance & Accounting Leadership Program (LP) is a two‑year, high‑visibility rotational program designed for ambitious early‑career talent ready to grow into the next generation of financial leaders. Over four six‑month rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas, develop broad financial acumen, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career at Acuity.

 

As a Leadership Program Associate, you’ll explore the full spectrum of corporate finance and accounting—from forecasting and treasury to audit, tax, investor relations, and more—while receiving personalized support, mentorship, and leadership training. By the end of the program, you’ll graduate with a deep understanding of how our business operates and a clear path toward your next role at Acuity.

 

This full-time role is based in Atlanta, GA, beginning July 13, 2026.

Finance & Accounting LP Specialists rotate within functional areas, combining individual interests with current business needs to explore areas including: 

 

  • Corporate Finance
  • Corporate Accounting
  • ABL Finance - Operations
  • ABL Finance – Forecast
  • ABL Accounting
  • Cost Accounting
  • AIS Finance
  • AIS Accounting
  • Tax
  • Investor Relations
  • Treasury
  • Shared Services (AP/AR)
  • Audit

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Finance or Accounting or a related field is required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills are required.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. 
  • Availability to travel based on business needs is required.
  • Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred.
  • Team-oriented with a drive to take the initiative is highly preferred.
  • Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.

The range for this position is $55,300.00 to $99,500.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
