Job Summary
Professional level role responsible for ensuring the SuccessFactors Employee Central module is executed in line with system leading practices, business needs and employee experience.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Supports EC module and other modules including system configuration and impact analysis. (35%)
- Collaborates with HR subject matter experts to prioritize, plan, develop and test new solutions and enhancements to the HRIS system. (25%)
- Project Management support for implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects including SuccessFactors releases and impact analysis as part of HRIS team. (15%)
- Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation. (15%)
- Provide applicable system training, testing and support as needed. (10%)
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Required 3 years of experience in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Familiarity with security roles and permissions within HR systems.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Systems Specialist or similar role, with expertise in managing and optimizing HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communications and the ability to adapt the communication to the audience and positively influence others
- Results oriented and continuous improvement mindset
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth and innovative company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams
- Extensive expertise in leading HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workforce, etc.) and hands‑on experience with data integration using XML, JSON, and related technologies.
- Work with HR, IT, and Finance teams on system projects, implementations, and data alignment
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HRIS trends and best practices.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of HR technology experience preferrable in SuccessFactors.
- Experience supporting HR operations including data audits, compliance reporting, and process optimization.
- Experience collaborating with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Background in change management or user training to support system adoption and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving background with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

The range for this position is $83,300.00 to $149,900.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
