Job Summary

The International Accounting Senior Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and compliant financial records for intercompany and international transactions. This role leads the preparation and reconciliation of intercompany accounts, ensures adherence to global accounting standards, and supports the monthly close and consolidation process.

Reporting to the Director of Consolidations and based in our Midtown Atlanta office in our hybrid work environment, the role requires independent judgment, strong technical expertise, and collaboration across domestic and international finance teams.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Lead assigned aspects of the monthly close process, including preparation of complex journal entries and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders to resolve intercompany discrepancies and ensure proper foreign currency accounting.
  • Maintain and enhance transfer pricing documentation to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across intercompany workflows and financial systems.
  • Assist with consolidation and month end close monitoring.
  • Support consolidated reporting and provide insights to enhance month-end close effectiveness.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • CPA certification preferred 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including intercompany and multinational environments. 
  • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and intercompany accounting practices. 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion or One Stream a plus 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and international teams. 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Masters Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus 

Travel Requirements

  • 1-20%

Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
