Job Summary

The Cybersecurity Learning Program Manager will oversee the development and implementation of Acuity’s cybersecurity Learning Program. This role is responsible for creating and managing a Security Champion Program, overseeing the Application Security training curriculum, and designing new compliance and security training programs. These initiatives will include company-wide annual security and privacy training, SOX and SOC2 control owner education, and targeted role-based instruction. The ideal candidate will promote a culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Security Champion Program
•    Create, own, and manage a scalable Security Champion Program across business units.
•    Identify and onboard champions, supply enablement resources, and monitor engagement.

Application Security Training
•    Manage the required modifications to the learning content for developers and technical teams.
•    Work with SMEs (Product Security and Engineering) to ensure content stays current with changing threats and technologies.
•    Design and deploy learning paths for non-development roles across IT; identify the appropriate modules and scope for job types such as DBAs, DevOps, Network Admins, etc.

Compliance & Security Training Development
•    Own yearly company-wide security and privacy training in collaboration with Legal and HR.
•    Collaborate with the L&T and HR teams to review compliance and initiate escalation and enforcement measures.
•    Develop targeted learning paths for SOX and SOC2 control owners, aligned with internal audit and compliance standards.
•    Support onboarding and ongoing training for control owners to ensure audit readiness.

In-Person Training Coordination
•    Identify opportunities for in-person training like workshops, seminars, and bootcamps.
•    Coordinate and organize logistics for live training events in partnership with HR and Facilities.
•    Assess effectiveness and gather participant feedback to enhance future sessions.

Program Governance & Metrics
•    Design and own measurement plans to evaluate training effectiveness and compliance.
•    Collaborate with Cyber GRC and Internal Audit to ensure training meets regulatory standards and audit feedback.
•    Collaborate with Cyber GRC, Corporate Compliance, HR, and others to advise on and develop policies.

Stakeholder Engagement
•    Collaborate with Legal, HR, Privacy, Development, and Cyber GRC teams to keep training content accurate and relevant.
•    Act as a champion for cybersecurity awareness and compliance training.

Preferred Skills and Experience

•    Proven track record in cybersecurity training, awareness, and program management.
•    Familiar with SOX, SOC2, and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
•    Strong communication and instructional design abilities.
•    Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
•    Experience with LMS platforms and training analytics is preferred.
•    Experience in organizing and facilitating in-person training events is a plus.
•    Experience in creating and revising policy documents is a plus.

The range for this position is $104,200.00 to $187,500.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location. Acuity offers generous benefits including health care, dental coverage, vision plans, 401K benefits, and commissions/incentive compensation depending on the role.
