Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the definition, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market (GTM) execution of our EC-Net building automation technology offerings. This role is pivotal in shaping how our EC-Net supervisory portfolio of products are bundled, licensed, and delivered to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Tridium’s Niagara Framework (and associated cloud and controls offerings) as well as experience with building automation industry SaaS platforms, licensing models, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
EC-Net Portfolio management:
• Manage relationship with key vendors
• Develop and maintain comprehensive offering bundles aligned with customer needs and market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define value propositions and feature sets
• Ensure alignment with overall portfolio strategy and technical capabilities
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and profitability
Product Delivery:
• Drive strategy and execution of product development for EC-Net portfolio (drivers, productivity packs, etc.)
• Engage with Technical teams to bring products to market on time and on budget
Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence to inform offering strategy and differentiation
• Benchmark pricing, features, and delivery models against key competitors
Business Case Development:
• Act as the market expert to define pricing strategies based on value, competition, and customer willingness to pay
• Build and present business cases to support pricing decisions and investment strategies
Go-to-Market Execution:
• Lead GTM planning and execution for offering availability, including launch readiness, enablement, and communication
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful rollout and adoption
Preferred Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in BAS technology
• Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing and licensing models
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

The range for this position is $120,800.00 to $217,400.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
