Job Summary
Define, establish and manage Acuity multiple finance shared services model on a global scale. Drives operational transformation, digital adoptation, and continous improvements to deliver world-class operational and leadership results. Provides roadmap and execution to standardize processes, improve efficiencies, reduce costs and provide analytical insights that create business value across the organization. Improve reporting and results capability that enable development and coaching for performance. Acts as a senior advisor to the Finance and executive leadership on AP and AR shared services performance, risk, and strategic investments. Ensures AP and AR shared services maintain strich compliance to corporate policies and internal controls including fraud prevention.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for harmonized global order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, including use of technology, digital transformation, and talent strategy 30%
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performaning global team across multiple businesses and locations. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationship with all internal stakeholders, including business leaders and functional leaders. 25%
- Represent Shared Services in executive forums, providing insights and recommendations on financial operations and strategic priorities. Lead monthly Cash Flow meetings on results and initiatives to deliver cash flow targets. 20%
- Build and evolve the organizational structure, governance model, and performance management framework for Shared Services 15%
- Ensure enterprise compliance and risk mitigation through strong internal controls and audit readiness 10%
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- Visionary leadership in finance operations and shared services strategy
- Expertise in global service delivery, digital transformation, and enterprise governance
- Exceptional executive presence and strategic influence
- Proven ability to lead large-scale change and drive measurable impact
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate finance dynamics
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- 12 or more years of experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience leading global Finance Shared Services or transformation at a Fortune 500 or multinational organization
- Track record of successful strategic execution and enterprise-level leadership

The range for this position is $160,100.00 to $288,100.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
