Job Summary
The Finance Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Manager plays a critical role in bridging the needs of the Finance and Accounting teams with IT capabilities, leveraging the OneStream platform and Acuity IT delivery teams to achieve business objectives. This position advocates for Finance and Accounting requirements, ensures business stakeholders are aware of system capabilities and limitations, and encourages the effective use of available tools to improve data quality, insight, and decision-making.
The Senior Manager oversees the development and maintenance of the OneStream application, including its connections to various ERPs and other systems, and is responsible for driving the evolution of business processes. The role collaborates closely with Business Segment Finance, Corporate Finance, and IT teams to deliver financial insights, enhance productivity, and support key functions such as monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and annual target setting.
Additionally, the Senior Manager owns OneStream roadmap priorities, manages all aspects of design, testing, and integration, and supports audit requests. This leader develops and maintains cube views and dashboards, provides training to new and existing employees, and helps ensure the seamless alignment of business processes and technology to maximize the strategic value of the OneStream platform.
This role will require 50% of onsite presence in Atlanta, GA.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Business Advocacy & Stakeholder Management: Represent and advocate for the needs of Finance and Accounting; bridge business requirements with IT capabilities; ensure business is fully aware of system capabilities and limitations.
- OneStream Platform Oversight: Oversee the development and maintenance of the OneStream application and its integration with ERPs and other finance systems; own roadmap priorities and participate in design, testing, and integration activities.
- Process Optimization & Data Quality Improvement: Promote the evolution of business processes to enhance data quality, insights, and decision-making; support productivity initiatives across the Finance & Accounting organization.
- Financial Operations Support: Support monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and annual target setting; respond to audit requests; develop and maintain cube views and dashboard.
- Training & Change Management: Train new and existing employees on the OneStream system; ensure effective change management and alignment of business processes with technology.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- 5+ years of financial system experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft VB.Net, SQL
- Experience with OneStream or Hyperion strongly preferred
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or information systems
- High executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Travel Requirements
0-15% Domestic and Internationally.
The range for this position is $137,200.00 to $246,900.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
