Job Summary

The Program Manager, Growth & Transformation is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of operational activities across the Growth & Transformation organization. Reporting to the SVP Growth and Transformation, this role will be embedded in the Growth & Transformation leadership team and will partner with project managers, leadership team members, and the SVP Growth & Transformation to drive the operational excellence necessary to achieve our strategy. This role is meant to bridge the gap between administrative precision and strategic leadership, amplifying the leader’s effectiveness by managing critical initiatives and removing operational and administrative burden.

 

This person will serve as a liaison between the executive staff as well as high level internal and external customers and partners requiring discretion, confidentiality, and initiative

 

Located in the Atlanta area is preferred, and ability to be onsite as needed and travel to other sites up to 50% of the time

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist project managers in maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and expected progress reviews (CCC)
  • Organize and track project documentation, status updates, and action items across multiple workstreams
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues when needed
  • Lead and/or assist in the planning and logistics for team meetings and key events, including but not limited to the preparation and distribution of agendas/materials, managing attendance and space needs, ensuring presenter and presentation readiness, ordering meeting supplies, anticipating the unexpected, orchestrating and supporting the event, etc.

Operational Process Management

  • Support calendar, cadence & content delivery including templates, standards
  • Ensure team adherence to established processes and project management methodologies
  • Collect and compile information and prepare materials for consideration and presentation by leaders. Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project data in operational and project management systems (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Workday, etc.)
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, summaries, or insights for leadership to support decision-making.

Cross Functional Collaboration & Executive Support

  • Serve as a liaison across departments and teams
  • Support communication plans, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder coordination
  • Drive alignment on priorities and expectations between project teams and business partners
  • Serve as Executive support in the management & coordination of group and executive level domestic and international meeting and travel arrangements. Prepare detailed itinerary and trip file for executives prior to travel. Process expense reports upon completion of trip
  • Effectively manage calendar by scheduling meetings, anticipating changes, and rearranging meetings as appropriate. Establish a systematic method for tracking meeting requests and communicate regularly regarding calendar issues and changes. Identify and respond to problems in a timely manner using alternative approaches and sound judgment in developing a solution
  • This role will also provide support on special projects as needed to the SVP, Human Resources where there are cross-collaboration opportunities (~20% of time)

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in roles such Chief of Staff, Head of Administration and experience in Project and Program management
  • Strong work tenure, experience supporting executive-level leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships both internally and externally
  • Self-starter; demonstrates initiative and forward thinking
  • Ability to work independently and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage changing priorities
  • Located in the Atlanta area preferred, and ability to be onsite as needed and travel to other sites up to 50% of the time

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to be onsite at Corporate Office (Midtown, ATL) as needed and travel to other sites up to 50% of the time

 

 

The range for this position is $83,300.00 to $164,400.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
