Job Summary
The Acuity Inc. BUILD program is a two-year rotational experience that develops high-potential early career talent into impactful professionals through hands-on experience. BUILD participants rotate to a different functional area every six months to build business acumen and skill proficiency. Upon completion of BUILD, participants will have developed broad business understanding, functional expertise, and the professional skills needed to contribute in future career opportunities across Acuity.
BUILD is designed for early-career talent who are curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow through hands-on experience. Successful participants demonstrate strong learning agility, communication skills, ownership, critical thinking, and a willingness to seek feedback, solve problems, and contribute in a fast-paced environment. BUILD participants are expected to take an active role in their development while building the business, professional, and technical skills needed for future career opportunities at Acuity.
Acuity’s Data & AI Leadership Program is a two-year rotational program designed to develop emerging talent into future leaders across data, artificial intelligence, product, and technology. Participants complete four rotations across areas such as data engineering, analytics, AI solutions, product management, cloud/platform, and database engineering, gaining hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled capabilities that improve business performance, decision-making, and customer outcomes. This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and applying data and AI to solve real business challenges.
This role is Hybrid and based in Atlanta, GA, and starts employment on July 12, 2027.
Along with the valuable experience gained within the rotations, recent graduates will participate in activities to enhance business acumen and personal growth. Some of these activities include:
- Specialized onboarding for all participants to ensure integration to the organization and program
- A one-on-one mentorship from a technology leader for the duration of the program and beyond
- Social and networking events to help forge connections with both peers and leaders across the business
- Frequent opportunities to come together with program peers to learn about various business processes and initiatives
- Leadership report-out meetings to share your rotational learnings as well as performance reviews aimed at identifying strengths and areas for growth

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
ABL Technology Leadership Program participants will have the opportunity to rotate into 4 of the following opportunities throughout the 2-year program:
Data and Product Program Rotation Opportunities:
- Data Engineering & Data Operations — support data movement, cleansing, transformation, integration, and pipeline development for analytics and AI use cases
- Analytics & Business Intelligence — develop reporting, dashboards, usage metrics, and insights that support business operations and strategic decisions
- AI Solutions & Business Applications — partner with technical and business teams to identify and support AI-driven opportunities across enterprise functions
- Product & Business Requirements — translate business needs into product, data, and AI requirements
- AI Product Management — contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, experimentation, and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities
- DevOps / MLOps / Platform / Cloud / Infrastructure — gain exposure to cloud environments, deployment practices, automation, monitoring, and scalable technology platforms
- Database Engineering — assist with database design, optimization, reliability, and performance to support enterprise data and AI workloads
- Data Governance & Responsible AI — support data quality, governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices

The range for this position is $56,900.00 to $102,500.00 USD. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
