… A specialist in Lean Management with expertise in process automation and transformation project management, capable of analyzing the impact of projects on business processes and optimizing information systems such as ERP and CRM. We are looking for a leader who can prioritize data-driven initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

So What Does This Entail Concretely?

1. Support Transformation Projects
Analyze the impact of transformation initiatives on business processes (quality, costs, productivity) and define actions to reduce risks and enhance benefits.

Support the implementation and optimization of information systems (ERP, CRM) and initiatives tied to geographic expansion and acquisition integration.

Assist in creating and executing effective change management plans.

Define and track KPIs to measure project success.


2. Identify and Prioritize Data-Based Opportunities
Leverage data analysis and mining to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.

Prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.

Support data-driven decision-making processes.

Facilitate working sessions to encourage innovation and collective problem-solving.

Establish KPIs to assess the effectiveness of data-led initiatives.


3. Optimize Business Processes
Contribute to automation and simplification of processes using Lean principles.

Lead projects to achieve defined goals, applying Kaizen and continuous improvement methods.

Run workshops to identify inefficiencies and eliminate waste.

Document workflows and measure results of implemented improvements.

Seek ongoing optimization opportunities using tools like Value Stream Mapping.

Implement KPIs focused on efficiency and reducing non-value-added tasks.


4. Deploy a Culture of Operational Excellence
Champion the Better.Smarter.Faster system of operational excellence.

Improve and roll out excellence tools and methodologies across teams.

Deliver Lean training at all organizational levels.

Promote continuous improvement by engaging employees in initiatives.

Model and encourage a culture of innovation and change.

Develop KPIs to monitor adoption and cultural impact across the business.

Preferred Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate

•    Expert in Lean Management with solid experience in process automation.
•    Proven experience in optimizing and implementing information systems.
•    Exceptional analytical skills to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives.
•    Ability to inspire and train teams in a culture of operational excellence.
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
