Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Customer Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Content Manager will play a key role to support the global sales team in driving the creation, management, and optimization of customer-centric content across platforms and customer touch points. This role ensures that all customer-facing content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with business goals. This role is a blend of content development, project management, creative direction, and storytelling with the goal of enhancing brand trust as well as customer experience. Additionally, this role plays a key part in maintaining visual and narrative coherence across all communication channels.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Strategic planning – Develop and implement customer marketing action plan and campaigns to support sales objectives.
  • Content Creation & Management – Develop, edit, and optimize content for various formats, including articles, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
  • Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling – Ensure brand identity is maintained through strong messaging, storytelling, and visual consistency across all content and all customer touchpoints.
  • Content Planning & Coordination – Maintain and manage editorial calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities and cross-functional teams, as well as coordinate communication initiatives with external service providers.
  • Multichannel Content Distribution – Adapt and distribute content effectively across digital channels, including websites, social media, email, and internal platforms.
  • Collaboration & Alignment – Work closely with sales, the group marketing & communications teams and customer support teams to create content that meets customer needs and business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency – Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging consistency across all platforms.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization – Track key performance metrics, gather insights, and refine content strategies based on engagement and effectiveness.
  • Perform all other duties related to the position.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar communications role
  • Excellent writing skills in English (priority) and French
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to provide advice to internal clients and management
  • Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise, and easily digestible manner for various audiences
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects while being flexible to accommodate shifting priorities
  • Initiative and team spirit, at ease in a remote working environment
  • Sense of organization and priorities, rigor, and attention to detail
  • B2B experience in the technology sector an asset

French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.

 

Another language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec. The company has very few clients in Quebec and must therefore constantly use another language to communicate outside Quebec.
