Job Summary
Le Gestionnaire Ingénierie Matériel dirige le développement de la prochaine génération de plateformes de contrôleurs et d’écrans dans un portefeuille stratégique contribuant fortement à la croissance de l’entreprise. Ce rôle allie leadership humain, collaboration interfonctionnelle et expertise technique pour assurer le succès du développement de nouveaux produits du concept à leur introduction en production.
Vous serez chargé de développer et de guider une équipe matérielle performante, de promouvoir l’excellence technique et de superviser l’ensemble du développement matériel, de l’architecture à la conception, aux tests et à la qualification des produits.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Leadership d’équipe et de projets

Gestion d'équipe : Diriger, recruter et faire grandir une équipe de 5 à 10 ingénieurs matériels dans un environnement inclusif, sécuritaire et favorisant l'autonomie.

Gestion de programme : Soutenir la définition des exigences, les estimations et la planification. Prioriser les activités d'ingénierie selon les objectifs d'affaires.

Suivi et livraison : Gérer les progrès, risques, échéanciers et livrables. Assurer une collaboration harmonieuse avec les autres départements et une communication claire avec les parties prenantes.
Leadership technique

Conception matérielle : Piloter l'ingénierie des contrôleurs et écrans de bout en bout (architecture, spécifications, conception).

Coordination : Gérer les ressources internes et externes (partenaires JDM, fabricants, conception mécanique, industrialisation).

Qualité et conformité : Superviser les tests matériels/micrologiciels et appliquer les méthodologies APQP. Assurer l'obtention des certifications CEM, sécurité et environnementales (UL, CE, FCC, BTL).

Reporting : Informer la haute direction de l'état des développements et des plans d'atténuation des risques.
Qualifications

Scolarité : Baccalauréat en génie électronique, informatique ou expérience équivalente.

Expérience : 5+ ans en leadership/gestion d'ingénierie matérielle et 5+ ans en développement d'appareils électroniques complexes.

Expertise technique : Systèmes embarqués, architectures MCU/MPU, écrans, alimentations à découpage. Maîtrise complète du cycle de développement (revues de conception, EVT/DVT/PVT).

Savoir-être : Leadership centré sur l'humain, excellente communication orale/écrite, forte capacité d'analyse et gestion des priorités changeantes.

Atouts : Connaissances en CVC / protocoles d’automatisation (BACnet, Modbus). Expérience avec Azure DevOps, Git et pipelines CI/CD.
