Job Summary
The Senior Scrum Master supports multiple Agile teams (typically 2–3) and serves as a key partner to the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to enable PI Planning, cross-team coordination, and consistent execution of team-level delivery. This role is accountable for improving team flow, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement while helping manage dependencies, risks, and impediments that span teams. This role will report into the Senior RTE for Software team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate team ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices and flow.
- Prepare teams for PI Planning (readiness, capacity, objectives, dependency mapping).
- Track and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies; escalate to RTE as needed.
- Use metrics to improve predictability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate estimation process and building gantt charts for end to end solutions and deliverables
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead; experience supporting multiple teams.
- Experience delivering IoT solutions and practical knowledge of integrated, end-to-end software systems.
- Strong facilitation/coaching; comfortable cross-team coordination.
- SAFe SSM/PSM preferred; Azure DevOps/Jira experience.
- Engineering or similar degree in computer Science or equivalent preferred.
