Job Summary
This role will lead and execute paid media strategy across all three business segments in AIS. They will work closely with marketers to translate business objectives into effective paid media strategies, identify the right audiences and channels and optimize performance through data-driven insights. The role will combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and performance analysis to maximize the impact of paid media investments.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Develop and execute paid media strategy - Collaborate with campaign and business segment marketers to translate business priorities into paid media strategies. Manage multiple campaigns and audience across AIS business segments and recommend paid media channels, audiences, budgets, and testing strategies to meet campaign strategy and objectives.
Analyze and optimize marketing performance - Own ongoing campaign performance and optimization against established KPIs, including lead volume, cost efficiency, engagement, and conversion. Analyze performance across campaigns to diagnose issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and execute test plans across areas such as bidding, budget allocation, audiences, creative, messaging, and landing pages, using insights to continuously improve performance.
Communicate performance insights - Develop campaign reporting frameworks and translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Communicate campaign performance and key learnings to stakeholders, and share best practices that improve paid media effectiveness and qualified demand across the organization.
Drive best practices & experimentation - Develop and maintain repetatble processes, documentation, and best practices that improve the consistency and effectiveness. Stay current on platform, search, and industry developments, and apply relevant learnings and best practices to continuously test new channels, improve performance, impact.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as paid search, paid social, and paid display, including audience targeting, budget allocation, testing, and conversion improvement.
- Strong data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of digital marketing KPIs and channel performance metrics, with the ability to interpret content, paid media attritubion and conversion data and translate findings into clear actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and move initiatives from strategy through execution with sound judgment and accountability.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with all marketing teams to align priorities and execute demand strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, advertising platforms and reporting or data visualization tools used to evaluate performance.

The range for this position is $68,600.00 to $148,000.00 USD. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
