Work location:

  • This position may be based anywhere in the United States and includes travel as part of the responsibilities.
  • This position requires on-site presence in Remote US-Non Cali, following a hybrid work model.
  • This position requires on-site presence in Remote US-Non Cali, must report to the office every business day.

 

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Strategy supports in developing data-driven recommendations that shape the company’s strategic direction. This role conducts market, competitive, and internal performance analysis, builds financial models and business cases, and helps prepare materials for senior leadership. It’s a strong fit for someone with sharp analytical skills who wants exposure to high-visibility strategic work and a path toward larger scope over time.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal data analysis to support strategy development and identify growth opportunities or risks.
  • Build financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic options
  • Develop clear, well-structured presentations and analyses for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Track performance against strategic KPIs and flag emerging trends or deviations from plan.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic narratives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure analyses reflect operational reality.

Preferred Education (i.e. type of degree)

Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration or Finance

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with large data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear takeaways.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or in a corporate strategy function.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization/analytics tools.

The range for this position is $104,200.00 to $225,500.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
