Job Summary

Join our team! We are looking for a Front-End developer who has an excellent technical foundation in front-end technology such as React and TypeScript.

You’ll be shaping the future by working on Facilities—our cloud and edge platform that powers three transformative modules: Organize to simplify deployment and maintenance workflows, Operate to deliver real-time building insights and seamless interaction, and Optimize to uncover inefficiencies and drive peak performance for truly intelligent spaces.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to deliver responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and real-time data streams.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and automated testing.
  • Work closely with back-end developers and cloud engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to team planning, and provide accurate estimates.
  • Continuously improve the front-end architecture and development workflow.
  • Actively participate in exploration and research phases for product design.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • 5+ years of professional experience in web application development.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time data.
  • Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, yarn).
  • Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for creating clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, distributed team environment.
  • Great team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy, leadership and initiative

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with progressive web apps (PWAs) and offline-first strategies.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for front-end deployments.
  • Understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred) and edge computing concepts.
  • Knowledge of IoT data visualization and real-time dashboards.
  • Experience with cloud security best practices, identity management (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and data encryption.
  • Experience with performance tuning for large-scale SaaS platforms.
  • Creativity in user interface development
