The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist partners with the Global TA team and HR to ensure a seamless interview and onboarding experience while maintaining compliance.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling candidate interviews and managing onboarding processes in SuccessFactors and other HR systems
  • Initiating and tracking pre-employment screenings, coordinating work permits, and preparing offer letters and employment contracts
  • Collecting required documentation (e.g., bank details, ID, social security, proof of address)
  • Supporting process improvements, compliance initiatives, and TA Ops activities such as engagement surveys
  • Administering TA-related systems, audits, referral bonuses, and new hire kits
  • Maintaining policies, procedures, and knowledge base content for Global TA Operations
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring adherence to service agreements and procurement standards

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3+ years experience
  • Experience with large corporate or global TA teams
  • Bilingual: English and French
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled in process optimization
  • Strong communication, confidentiality, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with RPO models and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel) capabilities
