Job Summary

A Sales Enablement Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that sales operations and sales teams have the resources, tools, and information they need to effectively achieve sales targets and support partners and customers in the market. The Sales Enablement Specialist ensures that tools and systems work seamlessly together to deliver the desired business outcomes.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Sales Support

  • Respond to customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and case systems.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and technical issues related to digital platform. Escalate when appropriate.
  • Act as a liaison between cross functional team to improve workflow, and issue resolution. 
  • Assist in onboarding new hires in Sales and Customer Service.
  • Support the development and rollout of partner programs and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration across platforms like Oracle, Salesforce, CPQ, and D-Tool.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, support ticket categorization, and dashboard views.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital platform teams to improve system architecture and reporting logic.
  • Deliver or coordinate training on tools, systems, and reporting. 
  • Maintain systems hygiene and data governance to ensure account data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify outdated policies and drive simplification.
  • Maintain documentation on field mapping, pricing logic, and customer communication flows

Legal Administration

  • Organize and manage legal agreements for dealers, distributors, and managed service providers (MSPs).
  • Work with Legal Department to update agreement templates. Organize discussions and meetings between regional sales and Legal Department to conclude agreements for roll-out.
  • Ensuring that business-specific clauses are reviewed by appropriate stakeholders (e.g., Credit, Customer Care, Logistics).
  • Work with Sales Operations and Customer Care to update all relevant policies.
  • Creating signing timelines and coordinating with Sales, Customer Care, and Credit teams.
  • Work with Sales to develop a communication plan to inform internal teams and external partners.
  • Tracking progress in shared trackers and ensuring readiness for each batch.
  • Uploading executed contracts to Salesforce and SharePoint for visibility and archival.
  • Establish SOPs and work instructions for legal workflows.
  • Training materials for partner care and customer service teams.
  • Regional maps and org charts to clarify roles and responsibilities.

 

Revenue Attainment:

  • Manage backlog and order flow by tracking daily reports, resolving allocation issues (like credit holds or reserve bugs), and coordinating with Customer Care, Logistics, and Planning to ensure smooth order processing from start to finish.
  • Forecast revenue and resolve issues by working with planning teams to estimate monthly revenue, set ship dates, and fix any mismatches between orders and shipments.
  • Align global teams and stakeholders by leading communication across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions and coordinating with Sales, Planning, and Customer Care to achieve revenue targets monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Maintain The Board to communicate lead time on new product introductions, exceptions, and product transitions. 

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • A. A. degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience in Customer Service or Sales Organization.
  • A minimum of five (5) years work experience in Sales Enablement role in a Customer Service or Sales organization.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in project management.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in CRM tools, preferrable SFDC.
  • Process oriented and proficiencies in collaboration and communication cross-functional team members.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop policies, processes and work instructions.
  • Good problem solving skills and resourcefulness to resolve issues.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and report generation.
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to work with digital platforms, like Microsoft 365 Suite, Smartsheet, Agile, PowerBI.

The range for this position is $66,500.00  to $119,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
