Job Summary
Lead Acuity’s global Travel & Expense (T&E) and corporate card programs, driving strategic initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, technology enablement, and enhancing the end-user experience. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to evolve T&E policies, strengthen compliance and internal controls, and build scalable, efficient processes that support a growing global organization. Additional responsibilities include selected Accounts Payable functions and overseeing a team of 2 Senior AP Specialists.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Lead, coach, and develop the T&E/AP team to achieve operational goals, foster accountability, and support a continuous improvement culture
- Drive strategic enhancements to global T&E and corporate card programs, including automation, workflow optimization, system configuration, and policy modernization
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
- Develop analytics and reporting to provide insights into travel spend, policy compliance, corporate card usage, and cost savings opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and internal controls related to T&E and corporate cards
- Lead process improvement initiatives across T&E and related AP functions to increase productivity, scalability, and accuracy of workflows
- Support strategic cash flow and working capital initiatives, including collaboration with AP leadership on payment timing and DPO opportunities
Skills and Minimum Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required; MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, or Travel & Expense (T&E), including 3+ years of experience leading or supervising a team

Experience managing or supporting global T&E and corporate card programs, including hands-on experience with SAP Concur

Ability to travel up to 10%

- Governance & Compliance: Strong understanding of internal controls, policy administration, audit requirements, and compliance best practices related to T&E and AP processes
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in finance and reporting tools such as SAP Concur, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle, and other ERP/reporting platforms.
The range for this position is $83,300.00 to $164,400.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
