Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to join our Luminaires team. This role supports portfolio leaders by translating strategy into portfolio-level objectives and ensuring product teams’ roadmaps align with business goals. The manager assists in preparing strategic portfolio views, gathers market insights, and collaborates across functions to drive cohesive, market-informed solutions.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
• Lead the execution of strategies and support portfolio managers in delivering initiatives across Contractor Select, Design Select, Embedded Technology, and other programmatic efforts.
• Assist with portfolio management processes, including reviews, check-ins, road mapping, and reporting.
• Gather and analyze market, competitor, and internal data to identify trends, adjacencies, and disruptions that inform portfolio and product strategies.
• Help translate business strategy into portfolio-level objectives and ensure alignment of product teams’ roadmaps across brands, verticals, and categories.
• Contribute to portfolio analysis, reporting, and other cross-functional initiatives to support evolving business priorities.
Skills, Education and Experience
• Ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in product, marketing, sales, business analysis or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic project management experience, including planning and coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to influence peers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives
• Effective communication skills with ability to lead small meetings.
• Skilled in cultivating and sustaining relationships across diverse roles, backgrounds, and organizational levels
• Ability to collect and summarize voice-of-customer and market research data into actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of business principles and portfolio management concepts.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field strongly preferred.

The range for this position is $66,500.00 to $119,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
