Job Summary
Responsible for the comprehensive and day‑to‑day administration of the organization's benefit programs, with a strong analytical approach and a high standard of process and regulatory compliance. This role is key to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of benefits information, working closely with Human Resources, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and external vendors, while delivering a consistent, high‑quality service experience for employees.
Executes and monitors benefit programs, including but not limited to medical insurance, life insurance, savings fund (Odessa), medical check‑ups, wellness initiatives, fuel allowance program, coordination with auto insurance providers, evaluation and optimization of third‑party discount agreements, vehicle leasing programs, and other country‑specific benefits.
Serves as the first point of escalation for complex benefits matters, analyzing situations, identifying root causes, and providing solutions aligned with regulatory compliance and employee‑centric principles. Requires a highly analytical mindset to assess policies, procedures, and eligibility criteria, ensuring alignment with local regulations and internal guidelines.
Additionally, manages relationships with benefit providers, ensuring excellence in service levels and making data‑driven decisions to maintain organizational standards. Contributes to the definition and evolution of the service model for new benefits, leveraging subject‑matter expertise in support of the organization’s Human Resources Model.
Key Responsablities
- Responsible for the operational administration of benefits, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency. Manages enrollments, terminations, and changes in medical insurance; validates employee eligibility in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; and ensures timely documentation of life insurance for new hires. Auto insurance reconciliation and manages the full cycle of the vehicle leasing program, including contracts, renewals, and vendor follow‑up.
- Manages the savings fund loan process, performing detailed net‑salary analyses to validate employee eligibility, ensuring financial viability and adherence to internal policies. Oversees the full loan approval cycle, including validation and collection of required documentation. Additionally, manages special deposits, enrollment updates, and addresses employee inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring high‑quality service and data integrity.
- Serves as the first escalation point for complex benefits cases, analyzing root causes and providing effective, compliant solutions that ensure a positive employee experience. Evaluates and improves benefits processes to ensure alignment with regulations and internal policies, implementing enhancements aligned with the HR operating model and the Total Rewards strategy. Leads benefits onboarding for new hires, ensuring timely enrollments and proper initial orientation.
- Manages and oversees relationships with benefit providers, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and alignment with company standards. Leads negotiation and performance monitoring of third‑party discount programs, using data‑driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Designs and implements the service delivery model for new benefit programs, ensuring operational readiness, scalability, and alignment with the organization’s global Benefits and Total Rewards strategy.
- Responsible for entering benefit invoices into Marketplace for proper approval, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Performs invoice reconciliation and collaborates with Finance and vendors to resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Responsible for the end‑to‑end management of the annual medical check‑up program, including vendor coordination, renewals, employee communication, and timely execution and documentation. Analyzes vendor performance and service quality to identify improvement opportunities aligned with company standards.
- Develops and ensures communication campaigns to promote the organization’s benefits, maintaining a consistent messaging cadence. Analyzes benefits inquiries to identify trends and launch educational campaigns that enhance the employee experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience and solid knowledge in manage benefit programs such as medical insurance, life and auto insurance, savings fund (desirable), medical check‑ups, wellness programs, fuel allowance programs, and other country‑specific benefits.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to evaluate information, identify gaps, and generate insights that support decision‑making.
- High attention to detail and a strong results‑oriented approach.
- Excellence in customer service, with the ability to resolve complex inquiries and enhance the employee experience.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize activities effectively.
- Bilingual desirable – Spanish and English.
