Job Summary

As a Cell Leader, you will be required to ensure the safety of all cell employees, ensuring they work in a safe environment. Provide leadership to the team, encouraging their development in all aspects of the job, making routine decisions, and solving problems. Ensure employees know and apply ABS tools (5S, Standard Work, Kanban, etc.). Drive area key performance indicators (KPIs), such as (+QDIPA), and promote a continuous improvement mindset within the team. Ensure production efficiency levels are achieved while maintaining safe work area practices at all times.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Ensure compliance with FF indicators (+QDIPA).
Daily management (Gemba).
Compliance with the board requirements and maintain Standard Work documentation up to date.
Administration of personnel and assigned resources.
Focus on quality and productivity goals.
Ensure a healthy and respectful work environment within the team.
Daily focus on continuous improvement.
Ensure order and cleanliness standards are met in the assigned area.
Monitor and approve payroll.
Employee retention dashboard management.
Lead the team to ensure achievement of hour-by-hour board targets.
Control turnover levels to remain below 2%.
Increase production outcomes.
Measure and improve ramp-up/learning curve times for team members.
Manage and understand KANBAN processes.
Availability and schedule flexibility.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cell Leader or in a similar related role.
English proficiency preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of professional experience, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
