Job Summary

  • Create development plans for cell leaders, increasing their level of shared competencies.
  • Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement).
  • Manage and ensure the operation and production plan to meet the key performance indicators of the area.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using the BSF tool that impact safety, quality, productivity, and service level.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Build trusting relationships by interpreting the emotions and behaviors of team members in an environment of continuous feedback.
  • Responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on the strengths and skills of each member and providing the necessary training to complete certain tasks.

Experience (Minimum Required Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • High knowledge of Microsoft tools such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to read and analyze data and charts
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with people at all levels
  • Proven ability to facilitate and train others
  • Passion for people
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
