Job Summary

Responsible for activities support in differents processes such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits & Payroll, Compliance ensuring in base Internal Work Regulation and company policies. Prepare Data Reports related to turnover, absenteeism and headcount. HR Transformation Support.
Supporting on initiatives related to Attraction, Retention and Engagement.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Point of contact for data management, New Hires Bonus management. Create position card for new hires in AC System.
  • Re-Hire Validation and approval. Associate Agreements.
  • Update File to New Hires for Security processes to create badge.
  • Introduction Training on HR Topics  

     
Reports:

Headcount/Absenteeism/Turnover to HR KPI's / Report for Hourly Career Path / Gain Share Bonus Management  

      
Turnover:

  • Back up Leaders in Turnover Meetings (Traffic Light Methodology).
  • Turnover Commitee participation          
    HR Transformation Support. (Facilitation on Knowledge HR Talent Trainings) Coaching Support to People Leaders) / Support Critical Cases, ARLR: Concerns per Event.
  • Terminations per abandonment in the system  

 

Benefits & Payroll:

  • Saving Box Documents Reception, validation and approval.
  • Missing Payment validation.    

   
Compliance:

  • Documents for OEA/CTPAT and other audits Support    

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

Emotional Intelligence:

Driving Execution:

  • Translate strategic priorities into operational outcomes; align communication, responsibilities, staff capabilities, internal processes, and continuous measurement systems to ensure strategic priorities lead to sustainable, measurable results.

Data Analysis

  • Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • HR Systems & Tools – Outlook, SuccessFactors, other HR tools

Education (minimum education required)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent           

Experience (minimum experience required)

  • 3 to 5 years    


Preferred Education (i.e. type of degree)

  • Administration Bachelor's Psychology Bachelor's, HR Bachelor's or related         

Preferred Experience (i.e. industry experience):

  • Manufacturing or related    

 

Physical Requirements:           
Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.  Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.  Jobs are sedentary if walking or standing is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
