Job Summary

Acuity Brands’ New Grads Program in Mexico aims to integrate recent graduates with high potential into our organization, fostering their professional growth in a dynamic environment. Selected candidates will work on strategic projects, gain experience, and develop the skills needed to contribute to our long-term success.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Participate in structured onboarding and cultural integration sessions.

Support daily operations and assist in functional projects.

Collaborate with managers and leaders to develop technical and soft skills.

Bring fresh perspectives and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.

Attend regular development check-ins and provide status updates on projects.

Minimum Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree or engineering graduate within the last 12 months.

No prior formal work experience required.

High potential demonstrated through academics, projects, or extracurriculars.

English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
