Job Summary
The Project Operations Lead Specialist provides day-to-day support for the operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to metrics across all departments. In this role, you will contribute to project flow, organizaton, coordination ad tracking process across the supply chain operations. Your skills will ensure the contribution to collaborative, results-oriented, continous improvement culture and Lead transformation plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to streamline daily operations and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
| -Identify and develop impactful projects to collaborate with cross-functioal teams to align on initiatives with objectives. Balancing project details with the overall strategy. Check-in with project team on status of assignments. | ||
| -Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, scope and goals for continous improvement events. Review information with team leads and provide accurate feedback. Track results and ensure that event deliverables are completed successfully. | ||
| -Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary. Create and sustain distribution of manufacturing reports to all facilities. | ||
| -Foster strong collaboation between assembly, receiving, shipping, electronics, and backshop areas to ensure participation of improvement events. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing results. | ||
| -Ensures integration of BSF operating system in projects and events to ensure appropriately engage in organization's cadence and content. Organization wise, leads, coaches and participates in BSF events like Art of the Possible to improve ABL processes | ||
| -Document and structure information of Improvement events, results, DFX, transformation plan and collaborate with communication department to drive our culture. |
