Job Summary
Development, implementation, and improvement of processes; keep machines running efficiently. Take corrective and preventive actions to solve problems using established methodologies. Continuous improvement in productivity and scrap indicators. Ensure equipment operates safely.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Monitor and update assigned KPIs, implement actions to keep them on target
- Maintain product traceability throughout the process
- Implement actions to reduce scrap
- Participate in keeping the area within 5S metric goals
- Implement actions to reduce real defects identified by Electrical Test Engineer
- Generate and/or update process documentation (visual aids, parameter sheets, process deviations, standard work documentation)
- Participate in Kaizen events

Education
Completed professional degree, preferably in Engineering.
Experience
At least 3 years in similar positions, preferably in manufacturing areas.
