Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager - Data Products & Analytics to lead the development and execution of data product initiatives focused on Planning and Supply Chain Analytics.
This role will own the product roadmap, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, define business-critical KPIs, and deliver analytics and AI/ML-driven capabilities that improve decision-making and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management skills, business acumen, and experience working with analytics, planning processes, and enterprise data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the roadmap for Data Products, Analytics, and AI/ML initiatives supporting Planning and Supply Chain functions.
- Define, prioritize, and sequence product features aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing Planning analytics and reporting solutions.
- Partner with Planning, Sourcing, Sales, Product Management, and Finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
- Define, validate, and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and trust across all analytics products and reporting solutions.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and influence priorities through business cases and product vision.
- Present product roadmaps, priorities, and results during leadership reviews, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions and drive adoption across the organization.
- Balance short-term business demands with long-term product strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Consulting, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including report development, DAX, dashboards, and dataflows.
- Experience working with Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, Financial Analytics, S&OP, or IBP processes.
- Familiarity with ERP and planning solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to define, implement, and manage KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP IBP, Anaplan, o9 Solutions, or similar planning platforms.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.
- Exposure to sourcing, procurement, or supply management analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, or cloud-based data platforms.
- Product Management certifications such as CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, Reforge, or equivalent.
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions and data products.
Travel Requirements
- 20%.
