Job Summary

 

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of a facility, ensuring that equipment, infrastructure, and systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, budget management, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

 

  • Maintenance Equipment & Facilities Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs of equipment and facilities. 
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and initiate improvements.
  • Compliance & Safety- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).Implement and enforce workplace safety policies.Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Budget & Inventory Management: Manage maintenance budgets and control costs. Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools; plan reorders to avoid delays.
  • Cost - responsible for continuous improvement in the value stream to drive month over month cost improvement/reduction
  • Talent development - Oriented to specialize the maintenance team. 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in leadership/manager position in Maintenance Engineering
  • English: Conversational
