Job Summary

As a Professional Services Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Acuity’s global professional services strategy. In this role, you’ll lead sourcing and supplier management across consulting, staff augmentation, temporary labor, and recruitment agencies, ensuring the business has access to the right partners at the right value. You’ll be trusted to drive supplier renewals, lead strategic sourcing initiatives for new needs, and bring category strategies to life in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Key Responsablities

Negotiate and renew contracts for company‑wide software agreements (45%)

  • Align with process partners on contract terms, timelines, and vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with Acuity’s corporate standards and reporting requirements.

 

Support sourcing of new requirements (30%) 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, conduct market analysis, and execute RF(x) processes.
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and contracting, ensuring smooth implementation and proper vendor SLA management.

 

Forecast costs and develop budgets (10%)

  • Work with Finance and business leaders to establish a 12‑month projection.
  • Enhance analytical capabilities to optimize cost management and forecast accuracy.

 

Contribute to category strategy and support analysis (10%)

  •  Analyze contract terms and category plans to identify opportunities.
  • Research emerging technologies and trends to inform the sourcing strategy.
  • Map applications across the organization to identify consolidation opportunities and synergies.

 

Invest in professional and team development (5%)

  • Improve individual skills while supporting the growth and capability development of colleagues and process partners.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.
  • Program Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required; Power BI and Power Apps preferred).
  • Language Experience: English.
  • CPSM Certification (a plus). In-depth knowledge of the strategic sourcing process, with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong track record of negotiating contracts in consulting, staff augmentation, temporary labor, and recruitment services.
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities with the ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a creative, collaborative growth mindset.

Travel Requirements

  • National and/or international travel up to 10%
