Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a senior individual contributor primarily responsible for delivering recruitment solutions that support business hiring needs and workforce plans. This role applies specialized Talent Acquisition expertise to manage complex recruiting initiatives, partner closely with HR and business leaders, and ensure consistent, high-quality internal recruiting practices. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and focuses on executing and optimizing internal recruiting strategies rather than outsourced or RPO delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver internal recruitment efforts across assigned business areas, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with workforce plans and organizational priorities.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders to provide consultative support on recruiting strategies, job requirements, and candidate selection.
- Manage relationships with cross-functional TA partners, including Talent Solutions (RPO) and Talent Operations teams, to ensure seamless, consistent, and compliant talent acquisition delivery.
- Analyze internal and external talent data to recommend process improvements, optimize candidate pipelines, and enhance hiring outcomes.
- Oversee compliance, documentation, and quality standards across the recruiting process, ensuring adherence to company policies and audit requirements.
- Lead or contribute to TA-related projects such as process redesign, technology enhancements, employer branding initiatives, or diversity hiring programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Hourly Talent Acquisition (Must be recent experience).
- Experience or strong knowledge with US, CAN hourly positions. (must)
- Experience with large corporate or global TA functions.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and internal mobility programs.
- Proven analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to influence and tell a story.
- Ability to manage large enterprise projects using standard project management tools and frameworks.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the talent acquisition function.
- Ability to lead and run the day to day, but also step back and have a more strategic vision to move forward.
- Ability to strategically partner and consult across HR and the business.
- Must have an analytical mindset to be able to analyze performance metrics, see trends, and tell the right story to drive the right change.
- Progressive HR or Talent Acquisition experience, including work in complex or large corporate environments.
