Job Summary
The Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and internal logistics. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, drives operational efficiency, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff.
Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
Identify and resolve issues related to transportation, logistics systems, or internal customer service.
Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse procedures, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with procurement, planning, and production teams to support material availability and inventory alignment.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
Bachelors degree
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
At least 3 years of previous experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
Working knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), RF scanners, and warehouse automation tools.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with strong planning and time-management capabilities.
