Job Summary

We are looking for a finance professional to lead financial activities at our manufacturing facility in Matamoros. This role partners closely with plant operations to improve financial acumen and drive performance. Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting and analysis, KPI tracking, and supporting operational decision-making.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Guide plant leadership on financial impact of operational decisions
Respond to ad hoc financial requests from the team
Prepare and review KPIs and financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Oversee financial close process and account reconciliations
Conduct financial analysis and prepare annual targets
Participate in daily/weekly operations meetings

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of experience in finance
Manufacturing/maquiladora experience (3+ years preferred)
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Cost accounting knowledge
Fluent English (written and verbal, >80%)
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work daily on the shop floor
