Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, self-directed, and AI-curious Marketing Manager to lead brand-specific marketing campaigns—particularly new product launches—within our portfolio of design-forward architectural lighting brands. This is not a pure project management role. We’re seeking a creative marketer who can generate and shape compelling campaign ideas, then collaborate with internal and external partners to bring them to life across web, video, social media, events, and more.

You’ll work closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership to craft campaigns that combine high-impact visuals with strong narrative and strategic focus. While this role leads campaign concept and creative direction, it partners closely with other teams for channel execution, optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and lead original, compelling marketing campaigns aligned with brand identity and product strengths.

• Collaborate with writers, designers, photographers, videographers, animators, and 3D render artists to bring campaigns to life.

• Translate business goals and brand strategy into actionable campaign plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and performance goals.

• Act as an internal advocate and educator for the company’s marketing approach and foster collaboration across teams.

• Drive the creation of visual storytelling assets including photography, video content, rendered environments, and customer testimonials.

• Coordinate with digital, design, and communications teams to ensure successful execution across all channels.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and maintains a high level of quality and accuracy.

• Experiment with new technologies, including AI-powered marketing tools, and share insights with the team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field required.

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience required, ideally within a design-focused or B2B product environment (lighting, architecture, interiors, manufacturing, etc.).

• Demonstrated success developing and executing creative marketing campaigns required.

• Experience collaborating with creative contributors and content production teams required.

• Strong understanding of marketing channels and campaign coordination required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French required.

• English proficiency required to collaborate with teams, partners, and clients across Canada and North America.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

• Strong creative instincts and visual sensibility

• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

• Interest in AI-enhanced marketing tools and emerging technologies

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and quality

• Proactive and collaborative approach

• Passion for marketing, branding, and storytelling
