Job Summary

The MPS Lead (Master Planning & Scheduling Lead) is responsible for creating and managing the Supply Plan based on the DRP and current orders, ensuring that material and capacity resources are aligned with customer demand and the IBP Supply Plan. This position serves as the main point of contact between Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience (CX), monitoring material and capacity constraints and coordinating actions to mitigate risks that could impact the supply plan. The Supply Plan developed by this role serves as the foundation for material planning, production scheduling, and capacity planning

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Create the Supply Plan based on the DRP and current orders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with Sales, PVS, Manufacturing, and CX.
  • Monitor and follow up on material and capacity constraints.
  • Commit production dates for COR, BOR, and Expedite requests within the 10-day horizon.
  • Manage and follow up on customer escalations and interactions.
  • Develop different scenarios to address supply challenges and constraints.
  • Request and analyze demand load levels.
  • Provide the Supply Plan to the Sourcing team to support supplier forecasting.
  • Identify risks that could impact the Supply Plan and work with the appropriate teams to develop mitigation plans.
  • Support the development of an IBP culture across the organization.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Advanced English skills
  • Over 4-5 years in supply chain
  • Supply Chain, including knowledge of logistics / import / export.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Kanban / MRP.
  • Material planning.
  • Production scheduling.
  • Ability to analyze material and capacity constraints.
  • Understanding of supply and planning processes.
