Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating all functions of a Focus Factory, including New Product Introduction (NPI), Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, In-sourcing, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Employee Performance, and Supply Chain Performance. Partners with the Value Stream Leader to drive profitable growth across the value stream. This role generally supports a multi-site Focus Factory or has responsibility for a Focus Factory location, typically supporting backshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead safety and environmental initiatives within the Focus Factory to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Drive quality performance across incoming supplier quality, internal manufacturing processes, and finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve delivery performance targets of 95% or greater while reducing customer lead times.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve operational performance across the value stream.
Serve as the Acuity Business System (ABS) leader by utilizing and mentoring others on Lean manufacturing tools, including Kanban, Standard Work, 5S, SMED, TPM, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Continuously identify and implement innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
Partner with the Value Stream Leader to execute strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
6–8 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations leadership.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership skills with experience influencing stakeholders, developing high-performing teams, driving employee engagement, and leading organizational change.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Kanban, Standard Work, 5S, SMED, TPM, and related tools.
