Job Summary

Oversee the receiving of material coming into the facility and put away to corresponding FF. Oversee the Material handling in warehouse according standard to guarantee the safe and right material flow to production and keep controled WIP (work in process) inventory flow, ensuring the correct report of transactions required.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Oversee manning and duties of the receiving and Material handling team in the plant assigned.
  • Oversee Material handling Leads in plant to accomplish the standard for material handling, D-KB and MRP, DSY and Excess and Report of transactions. (Scrap, Subs, Rejects,Transfers)
  • Group leader development and process improvements for  Receiving, Inventory control, Material Handling and WIP control.
  • Budget compliance---help keep within budget Receiving.
  • Meet OEA/CTPAT/Sox requirements/documentations and processes.
  • Direct/monitor hourly personnel in safety, quality and productivity.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Advanced English skills (conversational)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse
  • 3-5 yeats of experience in leadership and people management skills 
  • Professional who understands end-to-end material flow processes within a manufacturing environment, including inbound logistics, material transformation, production conversion, and transportation.
  • Experience with OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) and/or CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) certifications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to use a computer to enter and/or retrieve information efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn and use additional software tools.
  • Experience managing or supporting inventory-related projects, ensuring accuracy, tracking, and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with operations managers and cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or up to 20 pounds of forces frequently, and /or 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Preffered: 

  • Handle +10 million USD inventory, + 10,000 SKU in plant, leader of salaried employees
