Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support the effective management of projects across various stages. The ideal candidate’s main responsibilities in maintaining timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and managing project progress while facilitating communication between internal teams, manufacturers, and customers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to schedule.

• Track project progress, monitor order management, and identify potential risks while proposing solutions.

• Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

• Facilitate effective communication between departments and teams, including manufacturers and customers.

• Organize and manage project files, data, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.

• Support procurement activities, including ordering materials, tracking invoices, and ensuring accurate records.

• Understand and support manufacturing processes and their integration with project timelines and deliverables.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management or related fields (some experience preferred).

• Postsecondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines) is required.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise between different teams and customers effectively.

• Technical proficiency and the ability to understand and use relevant software tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Familiarity with procurement and order management is an advantage.
