Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for owning full‑cycle recruiting for salaried roles, from intake meeting through offer acceptance. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to define role requirements, timelines, and success profiles while delivering a consistent, inclusive, and high‑quality candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner develops and executes sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top‑quality talent and ensures accurate data management and reporting within the applicant tracking system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for salaried openings, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring priorities, and provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation, and timeline
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and targeted research
  • Screen and assess candidates using behavioral and competency‑based interviewing techniques to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interview processes, ensure timely feedback, and deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner with HR and compensation teams to support offer development, presentation, and negotiation
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system and leverage recruiting metrics to inform continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
  • 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Proven experience recruiting for corporate, technical, and/or manufacturing roles
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize work, and operate with a high sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Prior experience in both corporate and agency recruiting settings

Travel Requirements: 10 - 15%

    Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
